Mr. Sengstack first joined Franklin Electric in 1988. Elected Chairman of the Board in 2015, he has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2014, at which time he also became a director. Mr. Sengstack served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2011-2014. Prior thereto he was Senior Vice President and President, Franklin Fueling Systems and International Water Group and has held numerous positions in the Company’s Finance organization before becoming Chief Financial Officer in 1999. He also serves on the board of Woodward, Inc.
Prior to joining Franklin Electric in 2008, Mr. Haines was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Auto Finance. He previously held a number of executive and financial positions with General Electric.
Since 1992, Mr. Stone has held various positions in the sales/marketing organization of Franklin Electric including Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Engineering-Western Hemisphere Water Systems, Managing Director of Europa, and Global Marketing Manager. Prior to joining Franklin Electric, he was a Sales Manager at Furnas Electric.
Mr. Aikman joined the company in 2010, bringing over 28 years of combined technology and business leadership experience to Franklin Electric. Prior to joining the company, he held engineering managment positions at Delphi Corporation and General Motors.
Mr. Crose joined Franklin Electric in 2001 as Vice President and Director of North American Operations. Prior to joining Franklin, he held executive positions at Hamilton Beach, Magnetek, Outboard Marine, and the Volvo Corporation.
Mr. Davis served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Flexcon Industries prior to joining Franklin Electric in 2005. Previously, he was a practicing attorney with the Washington D.C. office of Holland & Knight, LLP and for many years represented the water systems industry as a lobbyist for the Water Systems Council.
Ms. Freigang joined Franklin Electric in May 2014 as Chief Information Officer. She has over twenty years of technology and business experience, and came to Franklin from Eaton Corporation where she held the position of Vice President, Information Technologies.
Mr. Kenney was hired as FE Petro employee number three in 1991. Over the years, he has assumed increasing levels of responsibility, becoming President of FE Petro in 2001, and then President of Franklin Fueling Systems in 2005. In 2013, Mr. Kenney was promoted to President, Energy Systems and his responsibilities were expanded to include leading the Artificial Lift Business Unit which continues to expand its international footprint.
Until 2008, Mr. Strupp served as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Secretary for Franklin Electric. He held the position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Pentair Water Group, Inc. prior to joining Franklin Electric in 2005. Previously, he held other executive positions in finance and general management with Sta-Rite Industries, Inc.
